As an experienced project manager within the broadcast systems integration industry, I have a track record of consistently devising and implementing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. I employ technologies that lead the industry in innovation for demanding clients across major broadcast networks, cable networks, TV station groups, as well as the Library of Congress. My experiences span the conversion from analog to digital, SD to HD, and SDI to IP; from signal-based solutions to file-based workflows, applying the latest software-oriented architectures in an IT framework. While my background is primarily media-specific, my processes and abilities are applicable to IT systems in nearly any industry.

- Developed a fully integrated solution for the leading television shopping channel that repurposes previously aired material to generate over $100 Million in incremental sales.
- Managed the rebuild of a multi-channel master control environment that was awarded the Project of the Year award by the NJ chapter of the Project Management Institute.
- Managed the design and deployment of a master control center of excellence for a major broadcaster's O&O station group.
- Managed the detailed design and deployment of a tapeless post-production facility for a major broadcast news channel with integrated MAM, storage, and editorial environment.
- A History of delivering projects on time and on or under budget.
